BANK OF PUNJAB BANK OF PUNJAB (FIRST AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 ACT II OF 2003 An Act further to amend the Bank of Punjab Act, 1989 [Gazette of Punjab. Extraordinary, 8th February. 2003] Na.PAP-Legis-2(3)/2003/428, dated 8-2-2003.--The Bank of Punjab (First Amendment) Bill, 2003, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab on 7th February, 2003 and assented to by the Governor of the Punjab on 8th February 2003, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab. 2. Amendment in section 10 of Act XII of 1989.--In the said Act, in subsection (2) of section 10, the word "Governor" shall be substituted by the word "Government".
