No. 2(1)/2002-Pub., dated 26-11-2002.----The following Ordinance promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:-- 2. Amendment of section 7, Ordinance LX of 2002.-----In tine Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan (Reorganization and Conversion) Ordinance; 2002, in section 7, after subsection (2), the following new subsection shall be added, namely:-- "(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, for the period of three years from the effective date all sums due to the Company shall, in addition to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.".
