Registration of the company.--As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Ordinance, the Federal Government shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and in consultation with the shareholders of ADBP, take steps for the conversion of the ADBP, existing immediately before such commencement into a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984).
