Amendment of section 32 of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.---In the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in section 32, for the first proviso, the following shall be substituted: "Provided that primary responsibility for discharge of such function shall continue to vest with the District Government."
