BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE XV OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistul, Extraordinary, 27th September, 2002] No.1 Legis: 1-122/Law/2002, dated 27-9-2002.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 23rd September, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 3. Amendment of section 103 of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.-In the said Ordinance, in section 103, for the full-stop at the end of proviso a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following further provisos shall be added, namely:-- . "Provided further that in bringing parties to a dispute to an amicable settlement, Musalihat Anjuman shall have regard to the provisions of section 345 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act V of 1898), Hudood laws and all other laws for the time being in force whereunder certain offences are not compoundable: Provided also that every settlement brought by Musalihat Anjuman in a case pending before a Court shall be subject to the approval of such Court.".
