BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE XV OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistul, Extraordinary, 27th September, 2002] No.1 Legis: 1-122/Law/2002, dated 27-9-2002.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 23rd September, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 6. Amendment of section 185 of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.-----In the said Ordinance, after subsection (2) of section 185, the following new subsection shall be added, namely:-- "(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 109 and 119, for fiscal year 2001-2002, the Local Governments may not set apart fifty per cent. of the development budget for utilization specified therein: Provided that the development schemes proposed by Citizen Community Boards shall be given priority and included in the budget presented to the Councils for approval.".
