BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT BALOCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE XV OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 2001 [Gazette of Balochistul, Extraordinary, 27th September, 2002] No.1 Legis: 1-122/Law/2002, dated 27-9-2002.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 23rd September, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 7. Amendment of Part I of Fifth Schedule of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.-----In the said Ordinance, the figure, words and bracket "2. Local Government (Conduct' of Business of the Local Councils)," appearing in Part I of the Fifth Schedule shall be omitted and the remaining S.Nos.3 to 18. shall be renumbered as S.Nos.2 to 17.
