The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 26th October, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 2. Amendment of section 3 of Act XXXII of 1958.-----In the Balochistan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1958, the full-stop appearing at the end of second proviso of subsection (1) of section 3, shall be substituted with a colon and thereafter the following new proviso shall be added: "Provided also that 10 6 discount shall be admissible to the owner of any Motor Vehicle who pays the road tax for whole year i.e. 1st July to 30th June in lump sum in first month of financial year i.e. up to 31st July.".
