ACT I OF 1996 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1996 ACT I OF 1996 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan. Extraordinary, 14th February, 1996] No.PAB/LEGIS:(22)/95. dated 14-2-1996.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1996 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 21st January, 1996 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
