ACT I OF 1996 BALOCHISTAN CHIEF MINISTER AND PROVINCIAL MINISTERS (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1996 ACT I OF 1996 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 [Gazette of Balochistan. Extraordinary, 14th February, 1996] No.PAB/LEGIS:(22)/95. dated 14-2-1996.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 1996 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 21st January, 1996 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 2. Insertion of new section 7-B in Act III of 1975.--In the said Act, after section 7-A, the following new section shall be inserted, namely:-- "7-B. Custom duties or sales tax not leviable on certain articles.--No custom duties or sales tax shall be levied on one car Mercedes Bens 280 Sel or equivalent for his personal use if imported or purchased out of bond by a Chief Minister on appointment or during his tenure of office."
