BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 6. Teaching and Examination.‑‑(1) The academic programme of University shall be conducted in the manner as laid down in the Rules and Regulations. (2) The University shall associate external examiners for the conduct of examination and viva voce. (3) No degree shall be granted unless a student has passed an examination in Islamic Studies and Pakistan Studies and Ethics at the Bachelors degree level or in the case of a Non‑Muslim student in Ethics and Pakistan Studies at his option.
