BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 21. Meetings of the Executive Committee.‑‑(1) The Committee shall meet at least twice in a year on dates to be fixed by the Vice‑Chancellor: Provided that a specified meeting may be called at any time on the request having been made by not less than six members of the Committee to consider any matter of urgent nature. (2) In the case of a special meeting not less than ten calendar day's notice shall be given to the members of the Committee, and the agenda of the meeting shall be restricted to the matter for which the special meeting is called. (3) The quorum of the meeting of the Board shall be one half of its members, a fraction being counted as one. (4) The decision of the Committee shall be expressed in terms of the views of the majority of the members present and voting and, if the members are equally divided, the Chairman of the Committee shall have and exercise a casting vote.
