BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 23. Meetings of the Advisory Council.‑‑(1) The Advisory Council shall meet thrice in a year on the dates suggested by the Presiding member of the Council. A special meeting may be called at any time on the direction of the Presiding member or on a requisition made by not less than six members of the Council to consider a matter of urgent nature. (2) In the case of a special meeting no less than ten calendar day's notice shall be given to the members of the Board, and the agenda of the meeting shall be restricted to the matter for which the special meeting is called. (3) The quorum of the meeting of the Council shall be one half of its members, a fraction being counted as one. (4) The decision of the Council shall be expressed in terms of the views of the majority of the members present and voting and, if the members are equally divided, 'the Presiding member of the Council shall have and exercise a casting vote.
