BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 25. The Governing Council.‑‑(1) There shall be a Governing Council of the University consisting of the following members: (a) The Vice‑Chancellor‑‑Chairman; (b) The Pro‑Vice‑Chancellors (c) All the Deans (2) The Vice‑Chancellor shall, when present, preside over the meetings of the council and, in his absence, a member nominated by him shall preside.
