BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 29. Indemnity and bar of Jurisdiction. ‑‑‑(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or authority for anything which is in good faith, done or intended to be done, under this Ordinance. (2) No decision taken or act or thing done, by the Chancellor the Pro -Chancellor, the Vice‑Chancellor and the Board of trustees under this Ordinance regarding matter connected with the Juniper University shall be called ir: question before any Court of Law or any other authority
