BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 31. Removal of difficulties etc.‑‑(1) If any question arises as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, it shall be placed before the Vice‑Chancellor whose decision in collaboration with the Chancellor therein shall be final. (2) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Ordinance, the Chancellor may make such orders, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance. as may appear to him to be necessary for removing the difficulty in question. (3) Where this Ordinance makes any provision for anything to be done, but no provision or insufficient provision has been made as respecting the authority by whom, or the time at which, or the manner in which it shall be done, then it shall be done by such authority or at such time, or in such manner, the Chancellor may direct.
