BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 BALOCHISTAN JUNIPER UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Juniper University [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th December, 1996] No. LEGIS.I‑108/LAW/96, dated 14‑12‑1996. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 30th November, 1996, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- 35. Appeal to and review by the Board of Trustees.‑‑(1) Where an order is passed punishing an employee other than President of the University, or altering or interpreting to his disadvantage the prescribed terms of conditions of his service, he shall, where the order passed by the Vice‑President or any other officer or teacher of the University, have the right to appeal to the Board of Trustees against the order, and where the order is made by the Board have the right to apply to that authority for review of that order. (2) The appeal or application for review shall be submitted to the President who shall lay it before the Board of Trustees with his views and record of the case. (3) No order in appeal or review shall be made unless the applicant or the person who has made application for review, as the case may be, has been given an opportunity of being heard.
