BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ Preamble.‑‑Whereas, it is expedient to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board and matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; And whereas, the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan is not in session and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate following Ordinance;
