Delegation of powers by the Board.‑‑The Board may from time to time delegate to the Management Support Unit such of its functions by the and power as it may consider necessary: Provided that the Management Support Unit may, in an emergency which in its opinion requires immediate action, take such action as it considers necessary and shall report it for approval to .the Board in the next meeting.
