BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ CAHPTER V ESTABLISHMENT 13. Appointment of officers, etc.‑‑(1) The Board may appoint such officers and staff as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of its functions on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (2) All appointments and promotions in the Board will be in accordance with the service regulations of the research establishments. (3) The Board may engage experts and consultants on contract on such terms and conditions as it may determine.
