BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ CHAPTER VI FINANCE 15. Funds.‑‑(1) The funds of the Board would come through the Provincial Government. (2) The funds of the Board shall consists of: (a) Funds from the Government for operation of the Board, Management Support Unit, Secretariat members and staff, funding technical committees and technical assistance. (b) grants, donations, endowments, contributions, aid and assistance; (c) foreign aid and loans obtained or raised with the approval of the Government. (d) a suitable portion of the research establishment budget as determined by the Finance and Planning and Development Departments.
