BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ CHAPTER VI FINANCE 16. Budget and accounts.‑‑(1) The Board funds shall not be lapsable. (2) The accounts would be audited in accordance with Government procedures. (3) The Board may open accounts in any scheduled Bank in Balochistan. (4) The accounts of the Board shall be maintained in such form and manner as the Government may determine in consultation with the Accountant- General Balochistan.
