BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVJSIONS 21. Power to make Rules.‑‑(1) The Government mad, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purpose of this Ordinance. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for‑‑ (i) the function of the Chairman; (ii) the conditions under which the Board may enter into arrangements with other institutions and individual organizations, whether public, private or autonomous bodies.
