BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURE RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1997 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 23rd February, 1997] No. LEGIS.I‑105/LAW/95, dated 8‑3‑1997.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 29th January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVJSIONS 25. Indemnity of Board etc.‑(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board or any other officer or staff of the Board for anything in good faith done or intended or purported to be done under this Ordinance or rule, regulation or order made thereunder. (2) The Board shall not be responsible for any misfeasance, malfeasance or non‑feasance of any officer or employee for the time being of the Board.
