Certain claims for compensation to be barred.‑‑No person shall have any right, whether in contract, aware or otherwise, to any compensation for any loss incurred by reason of the compliance by any of the provisions of this Ordinance or by reason of the compliance by any other organization with any policy guidelines or directions given to it under this Ordinance or under any rules or regulations.
