BANK OF PUNJAB (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1996 BANK OF PUNJAB (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance further to amend the Bank of Punjab Act, 1989 [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 30th October, 1996] No.Legis‑3(XIII)/96, dated 30‑10‑1996.‑‑The following Ordinance promulgated by the Governor of the Punjab is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 1. Short title and commencement.‑‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Bank of Punjab (Amendment) Ordinance, 1996. (2) It shall come into force at once.
