ORDINANCE CXVIII OF 1996 ORDINANCE CXVIII OF 1996 ACCEDING STATE (PROPERTY) (THIRD AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 1996 An Ordinance further to amend the Acceding State (Property) Order, 1961 [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 16th December, 1996] No.F.2(1)/96-Pub., dated 16-12-1996.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Acceding State (Property) Order, 1961 (P.O. No. 12 of 1961), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; And whereas the National Assembly is not in session and the President is satisfied that the circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 85! of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-- 3. Repeal.--The Acceding State (Property) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1996 (LXXXVIII of 1996), is hereby repealed.
