Amendment of section 5, Act XXVII of 1997.‑‑In the said Act, in section 5, in subsection (2) in clause (i), for the words and commas "and, in the event of being fired upon, it shall be lawful for any such officer, or any superior officer" the words an commas "it shall be lawful for any such officer, or any senior officer, when fired upon," shall be substituted;
