XVIII OF 1879] [Dated October 29, 1879] AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE AND AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS CHAPTER-IV OF REVENUE-AGENTS 21. Dismissal of revenue‑agent convicted of criminal offences.----- The Chief Controlling Revenue‑authority may suspend or dismiss any revenue‑agent holding a certificate issued under this Act who is convicted of any criminal offence implying a defect of character which unfits him to be a revenue‑agent.
