XVIII OF 1879] [Dated October 29, 1879] AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE AND AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS CHAPTER-IV OF REVENUE-AGENTS 24. Power to Chief Controlling Revenue‑authority to call for record.‑ The Chief Controlling Revenue‑authority, in any case in which a Revenue‑agent has been acquitted under section 23 otherwise than by an order of the Chief Controlling Revenue authority, may call for the record and pass such order thereon as seems fit.
