XVIII OF 1879] [Dated October 29, 1879] AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE AND AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS CHAPTER‑VIII MISCELLANEOUS 37. Provincial Government to appoint examiners.‑--- To facilitate the ascertainment of the qualification mentioned in sections 6 and 17 respectively, the 9[Provincial Government] shall from time to time, appoint persons to be examiners for the purposes aforesaid, and may, from time to time, make regulations, for conducting examinations.
