1THE AJ&K ADAPTATION OF LAWS ACT, 1988 1THE AJ&K ADAPTATION OF LAWS ACT, 1988 AN ACT to adapt and to enforce certain laws of Pakistan in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. WHEREAS it is necessary to adapt and to enforce certain laws of Pakistan in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. It is hereby enacted as follows:‑ The Schedule. (i) The West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967. (ii) The Revenue Recovery Act, 1890. (iii) The Succession Act, 1925. This Act has been reported from the AJ&K Gazette dated 9‑6‑1988 see issue No. 119 Vol. XXXIV.
