ORDINANCE XVI OF 2001 ORDINANCE XVI OF 2001 PROVINCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd August, 2001] No.Legis.4‑23/Law/71, dated 3‑8‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 31st July, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 2. Amendment of section 25 of Ordinance XIX of 1965.-----In the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance., in section 25‑‑ (x) in subsection (1) for the existing Form "F", the new Form "F" appended to this Ordinance, shall be substituted. (b) for subsection (2), the following shall be substituted:‑‑ "(2) The Registering Authority shall issue to the owner of a Motor Vehicle registered by it a certificate of registration in Form G, appended to this Ordinance and shall enter in the Register in Form G‑I, appended to this Ordinance, to be kept by it particulars of such certificate."
