ORDINANCE XXII OF 2001 ORDINANCE XXII OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN VAGRANCY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Vagrancy Ordinance, 1958 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 22nd September. 2001] No. Legis.2‑42/Law/79‑IV, dated 22‑9‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 18th September, 2001 is hereby published fur general information:‑‑ 3. Amendment of section 21 of W.P. Ordinance XX of 1958.‑‑In the said Ordinance, for section 21, the following shall be substituted. 21. Any person aggrieved by an order of a Magistrate under this Ordinance may within thirty days of such order appeal to the Sessions Court.
