ORDINANCE XXIV OF 2001 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 22nd September, 2001] No. Legis.2‑42/Law/79‑IV, dated 22‑9‑2001‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 18th September, 2001 is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 5. Amendment of section 26 of Ordinance XXXI of 1960.‑‑In the said Ordinance, in section 26,‑‑ (a) in subsection (1) for the words "District Magistrate" the' words "Zila Nazim" shall be substituted; (b) in subsection (2) for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Zila Nazim" shall be substituted; (c) in subsection (3) for the words "District Magistrate" the words "Zila Nazim" shall be substituted.
