ORDINANCE XXVIII OF 2001 ORDINANCE XXVIII OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN ARMS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend toe Balochistan Arms Regulation, 1940 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 22nd September, 2001] No. Legis.2‑42/Law/79‑IV, dated 22‑9‑2001.‑‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 18th September, 2001 is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 1. Short title and commencement.‑‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Arms (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001. _ (2) It shall come into force on the 14th day of August, 2001.
