Amendment of section 2 of Ordinance XXX of 1959.--In the Balochistan Control of Goondas Ordinance, 1959, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, in subsection (2) of section 2, for tire words "District Magistrate" the words "Judicial Magistrate" shall be substituted.
