Amendment of section 5 of Ordinance XXXV of 1939.--In the said Ordinance, in clause (b) of subsection (1) of section 5, for the words "Extra Assistant Commissioner" the words "Assistant District Administrative Officer" and for the words "District Magistrate" the word "Magistrate" shall be substituted.
