Amendment of section 18 of Ordinance XXXV of 1959.--In the said Ordinance, in section 18,-- (a) in subsection (1)-for the words "Commissioner of the Division" the words "Sessions Judge" shall be substituted; (b) in subsection (3) for the word "Commissioner" the word "Sessions Judge" shall be substituted.
