ORDINANCE IV OF 2002 BALOCHISTAN CONTROL OF GOONDAS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE IV OF 2002 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Control of Goondas Ordinance, 1959 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 11th March, 2002] No. Legis. 2-42/Law/79-IV, dated 11-3-2002.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 1st February, 2002, is hereby published for general information:-- 8. Amendment of section 27 of Ordinance XXXV of 1959.---In the said Ordinance, in subsection (2) of section. 27, for the word "Commissioner" the words "Sessions Judge" and for the word "Division" the word "District" shall be substituted.
