ORDINANCE XXXV OF 2001 ORDINANCE XXXV OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN ENTERTAINMENT S DUTY AMENDMENT ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Entertainments Duty Act, 1958 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th October, 2001] No.Legis.2-42/Law/79/IV, dated 20‑10‑2001.----The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 15th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 2. Amendment of section 3 of W.P. Act X of .1958.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Entertainments Duty Act, 1958, after the proviso of sub section (1) of section 3, full stop appearing at the end of Explanation I shall be substituted by a colon and thereafter the following new proviso shall be substituted:‑‑ "Provided that only in case of Cinema Houses where entertainment duty shall be levied and paid at the rate of twenty five per cent. of such payments excluding the amount of the duty."
