ORDINANCE XXXIX OF 2001 ORDINANCE XXXIX OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN PROHIBITION OF PUBLIC MEETINGS (ON PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 Ana Ordinance to amend the Balochistan Prohibition of Public Meetings (on Public Thoroughfares) Act, 1973. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th October, 2001] No.Legis.2‑42/Law/79/IV, dated 30‑10‑2001.----The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 2. Amendment of section 2 of Act XI of 1973.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Prohibition of Public Meetings (on Public Thoroughfares) Act, 1973, hereinafter referred to as the said Act in section 2,‑‑ (a) clause (a) shall be deleted. (b) after clause (e) the following new clause shall be inserted:‑ "(f) "Zila Nazim" means the Zila Nazim as defined in the Local Government Ordinance, 2001 (XVIII of 2001).
