ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 ORDINANCE XLI OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN COURT OF WARDS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Courts of Wards Regulation, 1940 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 30th October, 2001] No.Legis.2‑42/Law/79/IV, dated 30‑10‑2001.----The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 2. Amendment of section 2 of Act VII of 1940.‑‑‑In the Balochistan Court of Wards Regulation, 1940 in section 2,‑‑ (i) in subsection (1), for the words "Financial Commissioner" and "Commissioner" wherever occurring the word "Magistrate" shall be substituted. (ii) in sub‑clauses.(i) and (ii) of clause (b) of subsection (2), for the words "Commissioner of the Division or" and "Commissioner or" the word "Magistrate" shall be substituted.
