Resignation and Removal of Members.‑‑‑A member may resign from his office by submitting his resignation to the Government, or he may be removed from being a member to the Authority by the .Government, if upon inquiry by the Chairman he is found unable to perform the functions of his office because of mental or physical incapability or misconduct.
