Chairmen; etc. to be Public Servant.‑‑‑The Chairman, members, staff, experts, consultants, advisors, and other employees of the Authority, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, or the rules or regulation, shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV of 1860).
