ORDINANCE XLIV OF 2001 ORDINANCE XLIV OF 2001 BALOCHISTAN HOSPITAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, 2001 An Ordinance to provide for Regulation of Hospital based health services in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2001] No.Legis.2‑92/Law/98, dated 3‑11‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 9. Meetings of the authority. ‑‑‑(1) The Secretary to the Authority, on directions of the Chairman, shall call the meetings of the authority. The Authority shall, however, meet at least once in each quarter. (2) The quorum for meetings, in which a decisions is to be taken shall be 3/4th of working members to the Authority, provided that reasonable notice has been received by all members of time, place, and the matters requiring decision, of the Authority in such a meeting. (3) In absence of the Chairman the meetings shall be presided by the Vice Chairman. (4) All decisions of the Authority will be taken by majority of members present, and in case of a tie, the presiding member shall exercise t, casting vote. (5) All orders, determinations, and decisions of the Authority shall be taken in writing and shall identify the determination of the Chairman and of each member.
