Disposal of the equipment, material etc.‑‑‑Where any person, has been convicted of offence under this Ordinance, Rules, or Regulations, it will be lawful for the equipment used, and any other related materials, in respect of which contravention has been made, be confiscated and disposed off in the manner as decided by the Court.
