Power to make regulations. ‑‑‑(1) The Authority may by notification in the official gazette, make regulations for carrying out its functions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance and the rules made thereunder. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for the appointment of its officers, members of staff, consultants, advisors, and such other persons and the terms and conditions of their services. .
