An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Balochistan Clinical Laboratories Authority in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2001] No.Legis.2‑92/Law/98, dated 3‑11‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 6: Chairman etc., to be Public Servants.‑‑‑The Chairman, members, staff, experts, consultant, advisors, and other employees of the Authority, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance or rules and regulations made hereunder, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV of 1860).
