An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Balochistan Clinical Laboratories Authority in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2001] No.Legis.2‑92/Law/98, dated 3‑11‑2001.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:‑‑ 12. Accreditation Committee. ‑‑‑(1) As soon as may be, but not later than thirty days, after its being established the Authority shall notify an Accreditation Committee comprising of a Chairman, and three members, to be nominated by the Authority. (2) The Accreditation Committee will dispose its business in a manner as may be prescribed in. the rules.
